Who we are
Set up in 2011, Adhyayan is an education movement of Indian and international educationists, dedicated to improving the quality of leadership and learning in schools.
What we do
We work alongside school leaders and our partners to assist them in transforming the quality of schooling and the learning opportunities of all their students by embedding internationally accepted approaches and practices contextualised for India.
Who we work with
– Private and state-aided school networks that recognise the pressing call for quality
– State Government, NGO’s and educational trusts committed to enhancing children’s access to well-led quality schooling
– Indian and international bodies and institutes and donor agencies working in the field of education.
Our Programmes
Adhyayan School Review
A multi-stakeholder team using Adhyayan Quality Standard Framework as a guide reviews the 6 Key Performance Areas through the lens of Quality to make an accurate judgement about its school’s performance and creates an Action Plan. The entire journey is captured in the self-review diagnostic tool.
Adhyayan School Improvement Support & Training
We empower schools with school improvement and support training programs (ASIST) in all the 6 key performance areas and a whole host of bespoke programmes to support the school to initiate and sustain the focus on improvement of quality.
